If the water is soft, what is reverse osmosis for?
Taste and convenience, not limescale. It reduces chlorine, lead and PFAS (tested by SGS: lead reduced by 99.8%) and then remineralises the water with calcium, magnesium and potassium. And you get unlimited filtered water at the tap, without carrying bottles home or throwing away plastic.
How long does installation take?
In most cases 3 to 7 days from your first message. We need the cold-water feed and drain under the sink, and usually a dedicated faucet, which needs a hole in the worktop or sink; a 3-way faucet is another option. On the day, we measure your TDS before and after and show you both numbers.
Can I install it in a rented flat?
Often yes, but ask your landlord first, mainly about the hole for the faucet. If drilling is not allowed, a 3-way faucet may work instead. If that is not possible either, we are probably not the right option for you, and we would rather say so up front.
Is there a minimum term?
No. There is no minimum term. To cancel, give us two months' written notice.
Is tap water in Badalona safe to drink?
